BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

I was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. I received Jesus as my savior at the age of 11. I graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree, qualified education kindergarten thru the eighth grade.

LIFE VERSE

I John 4:4 “Ye are of God little children and have over then because greater is He that is in you that he that is in the world.”

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have ten years of teaching experience.

FAMILY

For 17 years, I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Tom. My son Thomas, age eleven is going into the 7th grade. He loves sports and plays guitar. My daughter Katherine, age nine loves horses and plays violin.

HOBBIES

I love sewing, cooking, reading, and trying new places to eat, and drink coffee.

INTERESTING FACTS

I ran track in my younger days. I have been to Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Plymouth Rock, Prince Edward Island, Canada, and Hog Town. I have served in Awana for 14 years.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT TEACHING

I love the excitement of setting an environment up for learning and making learning come to life. Teaching is an opportunity to experience the joy of seeing children grow in knowledge.
