BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

I was born in Lynchburg on June 20, 1961, and raised in Madison Heights. I was saved in September 1982. I was raised in a Christian family that included two sisters, Charmain and Gigi. I graduated from Timberlake Christian School in 1979.

LIFE VERSE

My life verse is Philippians 4:13 - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have previously taught K-3 for two years at Temple. This up-coming school year will be my ninth year of teaching K-4.

FAMILY

My husband, Larry, and I were married in 1979. He works for Andrew Corporation. We have three children, James, twenty-four, Christopher, twenty-one, and Kerri, twenty.

HOBBIES

I enjoy reading and simple crafts.

WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT TEACHING

I love children and love seeing the excitement they share when they learn something new. It is also a joy to be able to teach them about Jesus.
